Step-by-Step Export Guide
Method 1: Pre-Formatted Smart CSV (Universal)
- In your DataMint Smart Data Table, select the qualified rows or click Export All.
- Click Export in the top navigation bar.
- Choose your target platform preset:
- Instantly / Smartlead Preset: Includes
FirstName,Email,CompanyName,Personalization1. - HubSpot Preset: Matches HubSpot’s default contact import columns.
- Full Master CSV: All raw columns, AI reasoning fields, and metadata.

- Upload the generated CSV directly to your tool with zero column-remapping required.
Method 2: Live Webhook Export
- Open DataMint Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.
- Paste your destination URL (e.g., your Zapier catch hook or CRM webhook endpoint).
- Click Send Test Payload to verify field reception.
- Set trigger to On Demand (via table action) or Automated (on batch completion).
